4-Star WR Andrew Marsh recaps ‘great’ Texas official visit

By Published On: June 16, 2024

Andrew Marsh has wrapped up his official visit with the Texas Longhorns.

Marsh is a 2025 four-star wide receiver out of Jordan High School in Fulshear, Texas. He is currently considering USC, Texas, Washington and others.

The Longhorns were able to get him on campus over the weekend and impressed the rising senior.

“The visit was good,” Marsh told Touchdown Texas. “It was a great atmosphere with the coaches and just being around other players and recruits.”

The Longhorns’ offense is just one of the many things that stands out to Marsh about the Longhorns.

“I like their offense, and I like they air the ball out,” Marsh said.

The Texas product is keeping his options open with several programs fighting for his services.

“I have not put anyone in any particular order,” said Marsh. “I’m currently weighing everything from each university; academics, coaches and best position for me to play. Then, I can make the best decision.”

There is a lot of time between here and when Marsh plans to announce a decision. He has plans to announce his choice in November to honor his father.

“I will be committing during the season,” Marsh said. “I will make my commitment on Veterans Day to honor my father.”

At 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds, the Texas target can pull in acrobatic catches and is fun to watch after the catch. He is elusive and tough with the ball in his hands, which makes him a dynamic ball carrier.
