Jonah Williams confirmed he will announce a verbal commitment on Aug. 24.

Williams is a five-star defensive back out of Ball High School in Galveston, Texas. He will choose between LSU, Oregon, Texas A&M, Texas and USC.

At 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, Williams is an explosive athlete, who can make plays on offense and as a returner. He flashes physicality when he is called upon to make plays close to the line of scrimmage.
