The Longhorns have landed an important commitment in five-star receiver, Jaime Ffrench.

The 6-foot-1 pass catcher is regarded as one of the best wide receivers in the 2025 class.

Ffrench attends Mandarin High School in Jacksonville, Florida.

Ffrench is very versatile as a receiver. He fits into any scheme and will thrive in Sarkisian’s high-tempo offense that airs the ball out frequently. He is extremely athletic and can go up and get any ball thrown his way.

He is uniquely strong and can fight off press coverage. He is also great at fighting for those extra yards after the catch.

Ffrench has an excellent release off of the line and is a very fluid route runner. Elusiveness is a key factor to his game as he can make defenders miss with ease. It is impressive how shifty he is while weighing 185 pounds. It is a challenge for defenders to stay balanced while guarding him.

Ffrench has large hands for his frame and they seem to gravitate toward the ball. He is great at contested catches and should always be seen as a big play threat.

This Florida receiver could see the field early and often once he steps foot in Austin.
