LSU flips Texas 4-Star DL commit

Brandon Brown has flipped his commitment from The University of Texas to Louisiana State University.
The 6-foot-1, 285 pound defensive lineman attends Eau Gallie High School in Melbourne, Florida.
The defensive lineman is considered a four-star prospect on multiple recruiting sites and has been committed to the Longhorns since December of 2023. Texas’ recruiting seems to be heading down a slippery slope with multiple de-commitments, commitment flips and the inability to lock down the No. 1 in-state wide receiver, Dakorien Moore.
The loss of Brown leaves the Longhorns with 13 commits from the class of 2025.
