5-Star Longhorn QB commit Dia Bell has 4 touchdown performance

Five-star quarterback and Texas 2026 commit, Dia Bell had a stellar performance Friday night for American Heritage High School.
The 6-foot-2 gunslinger completed 24 of his 33 passes for 358 yards and four touchdowns. He also used his legs to gain an additional 71 yards and a rushing touchdown.
Bell was able to stay on high alert this game and always keep his feet moving. He had great pocket presence but knew when to take off and run the ball. Bell showed off his elusiveness this game, making several defenders miss tackles in the pocket and on the run.
The Texas commit was very accurate this game. He only threw nine incompletions, and his passes hit his receivers in the hands. Bell knew exactly where he needed to locate the ball on each throw and executed the assignment. He also showed off an impressive deep ball. His passes have a nice arc to them and his spiral is tight. Bell still has pinpoint accuracy when airing out the rock.
While Bell had an impressive outing, American Heritage lost 48-45 to Chaminade-Madonna High School.
Bell is looking to right the ship after starting his season 1-2 yet still having impressive individual performances.
